Yes. The device works anywhere in the United States with cellular coverage. Many clients take it when traveling or visiting family in other states.

How often do I need to charge it?

The battery lasts up to 45 days on a single charge. Simply place the device in the included charging cradle overnight when the battery gets low. The system will send a low-battery alert to our monitoring center automatically.

Can I wear it in the shower?

The Mobile Link is water resistant and shower-ready. It should not be fully submerged in water such as in a bath or pool.

What happens if I press the button but cannot speak?

Our operators use Wi-Fi and cellular location services to locate you and follow your Emergency Care Plan automatically. They dispatch help and begin calling your emergency contacts.

Does the Mobile Link have fall detection?

No. The Mobile Link does not have fall detection, and there is no add-on that gives it fall detection. If you need it, the Mobile W and the Mobile X both have fall detection built into the device.

How large is the device?

The Mobile Link weighs 1.6 oz and measures 66 x 40 x 16.5 mm, about the size of a small pager. It can be worn around the neck with the included lanyard, or carried in a pocket or purse.
