How the Home Link Works

  1. Press your help button from anywhere in or around your home (up to 600 to 1,000 feet from the base station).
  2. Speak directly with a trained emergency operator through the base station’s two-way speaker.
  3. Help is dispatched based on your personalized Emergency Care Plan, including calls to your family, neighbors, or emergency services.

If you cannot respond after pressing the button, our operators follow your care plan automatically. They will call your home, then dispatch help and begin contacting your emergency contacts.
