How Fall Detection Works

Fall detection uses a built-in sensor to monitor movement. If a sudden change in motion consistent with a fall is detected, the device automatically places a call to our 24/7 monitoring center. An agent will speak with you through the device, assess the situation, and contact the appropriate help.

You do not need to press the button. You do not need to be conscious. The system acts on your behalf the moment a fall is detected.
